University student Rebecka's summer break takes a dark turn when she is forced to stay at her mother and stepfather's latest renovation project—a remote, abandoned farm in Southern Sweden. Battling epilepsy and its side effects, Rebecka starts to uncover unsettling details about the house and its history.
During her stay, Rebecka finds a book at a flea market that reveals information about the house and the people who lived there a century ago. As strange objects appear in her bedroom and a mysterious figure seems to be watching her, Rebecka struggles to determine if her experiences are real or a result of her medication.
