Greta Boström writes suspenseful and emotionally resonant stories for young readers. Her debut novel, The Girl in the Cave, was nominated for the 2023 Crimetime Award for Best Children's Crime Novel.
Drawing on vivid memories of her own childhood—the beauty, the chaos, the intensity, and the fear—she writes stories that capture the emotional truth of growing up. That early fear of darkness, ghosts, and disasters has become a creative resource in her storytelling.
Greta holds a law degree and a master’s in creative writing. She lives just outside Stockholm with her husband, three children, and a dog.
