Karolina Tegelaar is an innovative and multiple award-winning recipe creator who, with her background as a researcher and doctor in a scientific field, has developed an entirely new standard for egg- and dairy-free baking. By thinking outside the box, disregarding traditional baking norms, and focusing on the challenge of baking without the excluded ingredients, she has been able to develop revolutionary techniques and recipes in her kitchen.
Her book Vegan Baking has received multiple awards, including the prestigious Sweetest Bakery of the Year award from the Meal Academy and Vegan Book of the Year from Tidningen Syre.
