The Lost Art of Sleeping

For too long, parents has been sold the myth that a sleeping baby equals a successful parent. But the reality is far harsher: some children naturally sleep less. The resulting exhaustion can devastate parents’ health, relationships, and wellbeing. The Lost Art of Sleeping shatters this one-size-fits-all narrative, offering a groundbreaking, science-backed approach for parents and partners of children up to five years, giving them a humane, realistic way to navigate early childhood sleep.
With research, expert advice, and lived experience at its core, this book shows how to survive early childhood sleep struggles without losing your wellbeing. Mirijam Geyerhofer has created a that book empowers the sleep-deprived parents in those first crucial years.
