Once upon a time, there was a woman who managed to escape her stepmother’s bloody cellar...

As the clock strikes midnight at the prince’s annual winter ball, Ella stands at the edge of the Dark Forest. During the journey, Ella must survive without magic, even when faced with life and death. And as Lumi challenges her in ways she has never experienced before, Ella begins to question everything.
