Bella Porcile

Bella Porcile is a bartender renowned for her creativity and originality behind the bar. 

During the height of summer, you’ll find her on a sunlit path or in a lush clearing on Ulvön or Öland, foraging ingredients for the innovative drinks she crafts behind the islands’ hotel bars. In winter, she digs out lingonberry sprigs from beneath the snow for cocktails in the bars of Åre. In between, she organises wild foraging walks, shakes cocktails at events, and serves as an ambassador for various spirits brands.
