Henrik Wahlström is a respected lecturer, author, and mental health advocate. Henrik is an ambassador for the Swedish mental health organization Mind and the founder of Uppochner, a movement that encourages a more open and accepting approach to mental health challenges. Katrin Skogberg Wirén is a psychiatrist at Huddinge Hospital in Stockholm, where she works with patients suffering from bipolar disorder and severe depression, among other conditions.
She is the chair of the Swedish Bipolar Society, an association for doctors advocating for increased knowledge of bipolar disorder and equal care across the country.
