Thanks to You

With a business deal in the gutter, Iris is on the hunt for a well-deserved drink to comfort herself after the disappointment. She stumbles into Three Mugs, a seemingly run-down pub that is dark and worn but has a certain charm. The same can’t be said for the bitter landlord, who is anything but welcoming. The place needs her, and now she must persuade the big, broad-shouldered man with tattoos to agree to a deal that will save the pub—and, in turn, save her.

Kasper struggles to keep his pub afloat, but his tried-and-tested strategies are no longer working. When Iris walks in with her sunny personality and fresh ideas, his control is shaken. Kasper realises that something has to change if he wants to keep the pub alive, even if it means working with a woman who triggers both irritation and desire in him.

Despite their differences and initial reluctance, a strong attraction begins to grow. They both need each other, and perhaps their relationship is strong enough to break Kasper’s routines and give Iris the courage she needs to stand up for herself—and stop running from her past.
